These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our Website and Appointment Booking System (the "Service",”Platform”) provided by Dr. Isha’s Palette ("Provider," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, you (“User”,”Patient”) agree to abide by these Terms. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our platform and services. By accessing or using our service, you agree to abide by these terms.

  1. User Eligibility
    1. You must be at least 18 years old to use our platform or or with a parental discretion advisory.
    2. You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information when booking appointments. Any inaccuracies in the information provided may result in the cancellation of your appointment.
  2. User Responsibilities:
    1. Users are responsible for providing accurate medical information and ensuring the suitability of the chosen healthcare provider.
    2. Users must be available on time for their appointments and adhere to the healthcare provider's office policies.
    3. Users are responsible for any information they provide and must ensure it is accurate.
    4. Users must respect the confidentiality of their medical information.
    5. Users must treat healthcare providers and staff with respect and courtesy.
  3. Booking Appointments:
    1. Our platform allows you to book appointments with healthcare professionals, with Dr. Isha Khasnis.
    2. Appointment availability may vary and is subject to the Doctors' schedules.
    3. Users need to pay the appointment charges in advance.Without payment in advance, your appointment will be cancelled.
  4. Service Fees:
    1. The Service charges fees for consultation as bellow-
      New User : 400 Rs.
      Followup user: 150 Rs.
    2. Users who schedule appointments after more than 90 days from the last appointment,will be considered as new users.
    3. Final amount may vary depending upon, services of Users will be notified of any applicable fees before using such features.
  5. Payment:
    1. Payment for appointments must be paid at the time of appointment booking.
    2. Payment details are securely processed, and your information is protected in accordance with our privacy policy.
  6. Cancellation and Rescheduling:
    1. You can cancel or reschedule appointments, subject to the cancellation and rescheduling policy for particular appointments,transactions,conditions etc.
    2. Cancellation or rescheduling must be done before 48 hrs of actual appointment date and time.
    3. Late cancellations or rescheduling on a given time may result in penalties or fees.
  7. Refund Policy :
    1. Refunds may be provided under the following circumstances:
      1. Cancellation or rescheduling by the healthcare provider.
      2. Errors or discrepancies in billing.
      3. Multiple time payment for the same appointment,invoice,etc.
    2. Refunding the appointment fees in case of cancellation of appointment within timeframe, Convenience fees 10 percent shall be deducted from the total amount.
    3. Cancellation or rescheduling on/after the actual appointment date/time, no refund will be possible for any reason.
    4. Refunds will be processed through online transactions only after deducting convenience fees if applicable .
    5. Refunds shall not be considered once consultations are done.
    6. Refunds may take up to 7 business days to process.
